This practice is designed to be an indulgent treat for the mind, body & soul helping to relax & restore. ✨ THE PRACTICE IS SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS, EVERYONE IS WELCOME!! ✨ Refreshments & an energy ball will be offered to awaken after practice. There will also be a small selection of goodies (candles, biscuits & doggy biscuits) to purchase on the night with all proceeds raised going directly to Any Dog’il Do Rescue.
